Shipping and returns
You can choose to pick up your order at our offices at 134/6 Via Umberto Iยฐ Street, 35020 Casalserugo (PD) or receive it directly to your home.
La spedizione รจ gratuita in Italia per ordini superiori ai 90 โฌ oppure avviene tramite Corriere Standardย alla tariffa di โฌ 5ย se vuoi ricevere il tuo ordine entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi o tramite Corriere Espressoย alla tariffa di โฌ 10ย se vuoi ricevere il tuo ordine entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi.
Shipping is free within Europe for orders over โฌ115 or is via Standard Courier at the rate of โฌ 12 if you want to receive your order within 5 working days or by Express Courier at the rate of โฌ 15 if you want to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
Shipping is free to non-EU countries and the rest of the world for orders over โฌ 180 or it is via Standard Courier at the rate of โฌ 35 if you want to receive your order within 3-5 business days.
For non-EU countries any taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Paying by bank transfer, the products will be shipped only after the crediting to the company's bank account has been verified. At the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's bank account not earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of making the same
Your presence or that of your designee or trusted person is required at the time of delivery to verify that:ย
- the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise conforms to the standard characteristics of the packaging;ย
- That the number of packages received matches the number on the order confirmation.ย
Any complaints regarding the non-integrity of the packaging and its number must be raised immediately with the carrier; failing this, the products are considered to have been delivered correctly.
When the courier picks up your order from our warehouses, you will receive a secure notification to the e-mail address or phone number listed on the order form, and with a few steps you can, if you wish, track the delivery on the courier's website with the tracking number provided.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the Courier will leave a paper or electronic notice with directions to the nearest collection point where you can pick up your order. Products will remain at the collection point for a total of 10 days within which you are required to pick up your package.ย
If the package is not picked up from the courier's collection point within 10 days it will be returned to the Company's warehouse, which will refund the customer by deducting the shipping costs necessary for the return and the storage costs of โฌ 1.00 per dรฌ.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return the products you purchased. You must send us the products to be returned by Courier or Postal Service and notify us of your decision by e-mail. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund you the full amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you may choose to change the color and/or size and we will send the goods back to you at our expense. Before returning merchandise make sure the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels the item came with. Customized products:
Under Article 59(C) of the Consumer Code, it eliminates the right of recsso in cases where the good sold is made "custom-made" or "customized" according to the end customer's choices.
