SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping in Italy is FREE for orders over €50, otherwise at a flat rate of €6.
Shipping to the rest of Europe has a flate rate of € 10.
Shipping to the rest of the world has a flat rate of €25.
You can choose to collect your order from our Warehouses in Via di Lenna n. 23, Padova or receive it directly to your home. Orders are sent via Express Courier, and you will receive your package within 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Upon taking delivery of the order you will receive an email from UPS with a link to track your shipment. Deliveries take place during 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will make an attempt to deliver to the address indicated at the time of order, in case of non-receipt will deliver the package at the nearest UPS collection point. The courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the post office box with all the information and information necessary on the pick-up point.
To collect your order at the UPS Access Point, you will need to present a valid ID. If you are unable to collect the package personally, you can delegate to someone else, who must have a letter of delegation, your valid identity document, and a copy of your valid ID. If the package is not collected within 10 days, we will return it to our warehouse and refund the shipping costs necessary for the return of the package. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are sure that you will love our products. But if for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied you have 14 days from the date of your order to return it and get a refund. Send an email to customercare@casagin.com specifying in the subject “Request For Return” explaining the reasons for the return in the body of the email. You will receive instructions to proceed with your return. Make sure that the products are in the same original condition in which you received them, with all the tags attached, otherwise the return won’t be acceptable. After we have received your returned undamaged, unused product, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and we will proceed with your refund. Crediting the amount paid for products depends on the payment method used at time of purchase. Purchase by credit card: the refund time will depend on the policies of the company issuing the credit card used to purchase the product. Purchase through PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. Payment by bank transfer: the repayment time depends on the bank where your account is held.

Please note you can send your return only from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions stated, the package will be returned to you without reimbursement. For more information on rights of returns please see the Conditions of Sale and Terms of Use.
