ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How do I place an order?

Shopping on CasaGIN.com is easy:
– Once you have found the product, select the size, quantity of items required and click on the “buy” button.
– Click on the Shopping Bag icon at the top right to check the contents of your Shopping Bag.
– To buy, click on “proceed to purchase”.

Do I need to create an account before placing an order?

No, no, you don’t have to. You can place an order without creating an account.

Registering on our site means you can:

– Monitor your orders and see your previous purchases
– Request a return directly from your account
– Save your shipping address and credit card details for a quicker checkout next purchase

I forgot my password, what do I do?

To create a new password, click on “forgot password” on your account page. You will receive a new password via email.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay via PayPal, Postepay, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and bank transfer.

If I make a bank transfer, what do I write on the subject?

Your name and surname and the order number.

SHIPPING

What are delivery times and costs?

You can choose to collect your order from our Warehouses in Via di Lenna n. 23, Padova or receive it directly to your home.

Orders are sent via Express Courier, and you will receive your package within 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of your order.

Shipping in Italy is FREE for orders over €50, otherwise at a flat rate of €6. Shipping in Europe is at a flat rate of €12, rest of the world at a flat rate of €25.

If paying by bank transfer, the products will be shipped only after verifying payment has been credited to the company’s current account, expected to be 3-5 working days from the date of transfer.

Do I have to be present when my order is delivered?

Packages should be accepted by the customer or a trustee of the customer, to verify that: – the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet and that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated on the order confirmation. Any disputes regarding packaging and delivery should be addressed at time of delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?

When the courier picks up your order at our warehouses, you will receive a notification via email or telephone to that indicated on the order form.
Deliveries can be monitored with the number tracking provided, with the possibility to change the delivery date or choose to receive the shipment at a branch of the delivery company.

What happens if no one is present at the time of delivery?

The courier will leave a notice with indications on the nearest collection point where to collect your order. The products will remain at the collection point for a total of 10 days. After this time the products will be returned to the company. The company will reimburse the value of the order, without any shipping costs and fees incurred for the return of the products to the company.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return purchased products?

You have 14 days from receiving the order to change your mind and return an order.

In case of return will I be reimbursed the full amount?

Yes, as soon as we receive the products in their original state we will refund the full amount of the returned goods. Only shipping costs related to the return of the asset will be at your expense.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used when ordering.

How are CasaGIN products eco-sustainable?

CasaGIN garments are made with minimal environmental impact. The fabrics used, Tencel and Lenzing Modal, are derived from eucalyptus and beech wood. In addition to having an ultra soft hand, they are hypoallergenic and breathable, environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable. In traditional cotton cultivation, soil and water pollution is 100 times higher than the production of Tencel and Lenzing Modal.

CasaGIN garments are designed, produced and packaged entirely in Italy. We work with small family artisanal businesses in the Veneto region. The 100% Italian production represents a guarantee of unique quality.

SIZES AND CARE OF PRODUCTS

How do I choose the right size for me?

CasaGIN underwear has a soft, comfortable fit. That’s why there are only two sizes S / M and L / XL. Consult the size chart to find the most suitable for you.

CasaGIN socks are elastic, shrinking slightly after the first wash and then naturally finding the shape of the foot of the wearer.

I bought the socks in the only size available and they seem too big for me, what can I do?

We suggest you wash the socks you bought at 30°C with a washing machine’s delicate cycle or by hand. They will shrink slightly in size and, once worn, will adapt perfectly to the size and shape of your foot.

Can I wash CasaGIN garments in the washing machine?

CasaGIN garments can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers are more resistant than traditional cotton and, compared to cotton, tend to shrink and discolor much less.

Remember, however, that hand wash is the most environmentally friendly choice!

The product that I bought has a slightly distorted label, is it a quality problem?

Not only the fabrics used to make our garments are organic and eco-sustainable, so are all the details that compose them, including labels!

Our labels are made of OEKO TEK certified satin ribbon, soft and light, almost imperceptible when in contact with the skin. That’s why when our seamstresses assemble the garment, the labels can slide slightly under the sewing machine. This small defect is therefore a sign of quality.

The stitching of the briefs I bought seem misaligned, is it a defect?

CasaGIN underwear is designed with the client’s wellbeing in mind including fabric, coloring and stitching. Our underwear’s construction technique is called open seam, a particular technique used especially for underwear that allows the stitching, once the garment is worn, to realign and the fabric to adapt perfectly to the body of the wearer. For this reason there is no inside label in CasaGIN underwear, like in traditional cut-and-sew underwear and you will experience feelings of comfort and freedom.
