Ingredients




5 figs
5 sprigs of rosemary
5 slices of bresaola
Extra virgin olive oil












Method





Compose the rose with the fig wrapped in bresaola and inserted in the rosemary sprig, a drop of EVO oil, put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°.
