The fabrics we use are natural, biodegradable or recycled and are all Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified , i.e. free of substances harmful to health. Furthermore, our organic cotton is also GOTS certified, while the beech fiber is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. All our garments are extremely soft and gentle on the skin.

Where are the garments produced?Small family-run companies , local businesses where the work of every single person counts and where manufacturing is still an art. The 100% Italian production represents a unique guarantee of quality. The laboratories with which we collaborate are at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are in fact subjected to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® which certifies the harmlessness of the dyes used for human health and the environment.
Can I wash clothes in the washing machine?CASAGiN clothing can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as resistant as or more than traditional cotton and, compared to cotton, tend to shrink and fade much less. Over time they may form pilling. So, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and most ecological choice!
How do I choose the size that best suits me?CASAGiN underwear has a soft fit. This is why there are only two sizes S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the most suitable one for you .
CASAGiN socks are characterized by high elasticity which allows them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash they reduce in size and then resume the shape best suited to the wearer's foot.
Can I return the purchased products?You have 14 days from receiving the order to change your mind and return the purchased products. You will have to send us the products to be returned via courier or postal service and communicate your decision by email. As soon as we have received the products and verified their integrity, we will refund the full amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to change color and/or size and we will send you the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, make sure that the items have not been worn, washed and are not damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags the item came with.
